Graeme Grubb Finance Broker

Mark Conlan was appointed Provisional Liquidator of Rowena on 24 May 1999 and subsequently appointed Official Liquidator on 21 July 1999 by order of the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

He was appointed Supervisor of Rowena's finance broking activities on 23 July 1999 pursuant to the Finance Brokers Control Act (1975). On 15 June 2003 the Finance Brokers Supervisory Board terminated the appointment of Supervisor (subject to any order that may be made by the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
