Thinking of an extended holiday to some place exotic?
At RSM Bird Cameron you don't have to sacrifice your career for the sake of a holiday. We offer employees the opportunity to take two or four weeks unpaid leave per year in addition to their existing annual leave entitlements, giving employees a total of six or eight weeks leave.
We understand an addition to the family is among the most exciting life experiences and should be time spent with your loved ones. For this reason RSM Bird Cameron offers paid parental leave to both male and female employees for up to six weeks.
As a member of the RSM Bird Cameron team you'll have access to using personal leave should you or a member of your family or household fall ill. Depending on the situation this leave can be extended through the use of annual leave.
